I did have to shave the plastice peice that holds the bearing in on the bottom side of the chassis. I must have done something wrong though cuz i have about 6mm of play in the wheels. Any thoughts?

I did not have to shave anything off on my kit. I do knot the hole is bigger on top than on the bottom of the chassis. And the 2 plastic pieces are split for top and bottom.

The top bearing and sleeve are an easy fit the bottom bearing and sleeve are a tighter fit but dont require shaving ? I used the wheel spaner to push it in as it spreads the load accross the bearing.

I had 2 that I installed that still had slop in them, I found placing a washer under the screw on the thru shaft fixed the slop. The only thing I can think of is the screw is too long and bottoms out before full tightness.

It took me a while to figure out the 1st one I did but now I can build them with my eyes closed

Value for money and certainly cured the problem
