Sid,

You might have used a long screw for the right (when looking at it upside down) steering arm. Somehow it interferes with the gears. That happened to me too. Just replace the screw with a shorter one instead. Here's a pix i got from GPM recently. Might help.

As for the toe out, you can probably adjust the steering links by making them longer to make the wheels move inwards (toe in).

Hi Sid,

If you didnt use a long screw, then the problem may not be in your steering system. Did you lock either one of the rear or front differentials when you were assembleng the gears?

Sid,

I think you've got to post pictures so we can see what might be wrong. Just open a photobucket account, upload your pictures there. When they've been uploded, each picture will have a URL address like "http/...., or something like that, that you can higlight, then copy, then paste to this thread or any thread when you reply or make a new thread.

Hope you get to do that. Another suggestion would be to maybe open up your gearboxes again and double check.

omfg Mix where did you get that front gearbox brace??? I WANT ONE!

Sid you need to show us the underside of your truck with the skid plate/base plate off and a pic of the gearbox with the top cover off so we can try and diagnose your issue.

Might be a silly idea but are your dog bones in the front seated properly and they havent jumped out on one side hence your toe out problem ?

Sid,

I saw your pictures already, from the looks of it, I dont see anything wrong with your front gears. What I did notice was that your main steering arm underneath looks quite loose cause both arms look like they are not that even. But that really wouldnt cause your rig to not move. You can also angle your servo saver a bit closer to midpoint so that you can have more steering adjustment.

I'll send you a PM.

Mix

Check hex for wheels ... part No. C1 and C3.
C1 are front, C3 are rear. They are different. When change it, one or two wheels are locked by its M4 flange nut.
I don't understand to your problem exactly. Post short video of this cause. Thank's.
