1.9/1.5 tire help please.. right now im running the 1.9 flat irons on the jeep (no pics srry), they seem a little huge for the cc-01, so im thinking a more scale look might be the 1.55's. n e body have fotos of both side by side?!! or is it just the flat irons tires are big. i like the original pagero style tread and can somebody recommend a good site for tires...thanks R |
rc4wd have the biggests range of tyres, also SDI the guys that make trail docs. flat irons are huge, I have rc4wd 1.9 mud thrashers on mine. They do make smaller tyres in 1.9 than mud thrashers, I believe prowlers are smaller. http://img.skitch.com/20100421-81ini...57u7jhx8gr.jpg I dont have any 1.55's but others here do and they look great under the jeep also. |

1.9 Thrashers are 3.9" http://www.rc4wdshop.com/go/product_...roducts_id=221 1.9 Prowlers are 3.78" http://www.rc4wdshop.com/go/product_...roducts_id=227 1.9 Dirt Grabbers are 3.62" http://www.rc4wdshop.com/go/product_...roducts_id=196 1.55 Thrashers are 3.74" http://www.rc4wdshop.com/go/product_...roducts_id=219 1.55 Desert Kings are 3.66" http://www.rc4wdshop.com/go/product_...roducts_id=190 Flat Irons are 4". So any of the above will be smaller and fit better then the flat irons. Mud Thrashers seem to be an overall fan favorite as far as looks and performance go. |
The flat irons have to be the biggest tire and probably to big for the CC-01. I am using RC4WD Dirt Grabbers and they work great on my Jeep Wrangler. http://www.angelfire.com/retro/zycore/CC01Wrang51.JPG |
