Did you lock the front gearbox ? Is so is the cover for the box sitting down straight ? What kind of noise is it ? Is it constant or only at certain points ? Does it do it in forward and reverse ?

onley forward it sounds like a scream

Ok sounds like your pinion is either 2 tight or not in the correct holes, its an easy mistake to make. The pinion you used is it the one from the kit ?

The CC-01 gears are noisey and this is normal.
its kind of hard to understand what the problem is with so little information.

Wel the only thing I can think of is you have put the 20T pinion on but put it in the 16T holes ? which would make the pinion tight against the spur gear and cause it to scream. As grumpster1980 said without much info its pretty hard to help
