Hello Guys, I own a Yellow FJ Cruiser 2007 and I just bought a Yellow Nikko FJ Cruiser body and I'm wondering what it would be my best option in chassis for an original looking between Axial SCX10 and Tamiya CC01. I have to say that I'm really new in this hobby and I will need to buy any of those two options. Thanks!! |

^^ If you decide to buy the CC01, which like mentioned earlier, is the most accurate in terms of scale to the 1:1 FJ Cruiser, then will have little problems mounting the body. It's just a matter of extending the wheelbase to 10.5". The two options available now for the CC-01 are 9.5" to 10" in stock form. So the only thing you'll need is an extended propeller shaft.

This time next week I'll be in Colorado for FJ Summit 9. I've been working on getting my little FJ Cruiser ready for the trip. I started by molding a clear windshield and front windows.  Expedition One rear bumper was next. I installed the full size one 2 years ago so I've been slacking.  License plates from Krawler Konceptz and found a suitable rear wiper.  Dashboard was the last major improvement.   |
