each time turn to the left right side drive shaft pops out wheels side can anybody help me with this problem |

Yep, both of those ^^^^ O-rings solved it for me, and then I got universals from ebay. No problems from either solution.  |

you just proly forgot the rings like said above by others((((ring on each cup))).....ive run the snot out of cc-01s and never had the need for universals....you really only need universals if you shave and raise the front end... my opinion though |

spose to be both sides if i remember correctly...i built 2 in the last 4 mos but dont have them anymore so not 100 percent sure

Yep, you can put them on both sides to be safe. I just looked in the manual and it is on the hub side. It does not calll for it on both.

On Tamiya kits when I'm too cheap to throw on universals/CVD's I usually take a bit of firm differential sponge and pack it into the diff output cup and put a rubber O ring on top. That way the dog bone has some room to move back and forth while still being snug without it flying out. On the CC-01 you can't go wrong with the GPM CVD steering upgrade! |
