ABS or Lexan ?

Hi

I currently have a Pajero body on my CC-001 however I've been thinking of getting a Unimog body, I was hoping you guys could tell me how running a lexan body effect the performance of the CC-01 compared to a ABS body?

Thanks

It will make it less top heavy and lighter, but the overall effect to the performance will be very minimal.

I figured as much, but I thought it was worth asking.

ABS is more durable you know, but Lexan is pretty strong now days too!

I do have a slightly related question, since we are on the topic.

Can I use any off the shelf rattle can to paint ABS, or does it have to be polycarbonate?

For a couple of my ABS bodies I used plastic paint, plastic primer and plastic clear coat which I got from an Automotive store called Halfords. It worked really well and the paint sticks good to but that might be because of good prep and a protective clear coat afterwords. The other bonus is you get a huge range of colours :D
