also changed to the dirt grabbers, think they look cooler so we shall see how they hold up in the terrain i pt um through, they did quite well on the land rover defender i used them for previously.

Nice build. Is there any way you can show pics of how the front body is mounted? I got a cc-01 jeep in a trade and have no clue on how to mount it. I have the rear body mounts. Thanks.

Yeah Its fairly easy. there should be a bar on the front of the chassis where the bumper pulls over. When I get some time i will post but It wont be until Monday though :( it goes in the back mounts first an then pulls over the front by pulling the bumper over with ur thumbs

Not the best shot, but you can just see the front 'bulkhead' at the far right of this pic. It also kinda shows the 'hooks' on the rear end that the rear of the hard shell fits into.

And here is a pic of the GPM replacement part to give you an idea of what it looks like.

The back end hooks into the 'hooks' and yes it just sort of clips/snaps into place over that bulkhead. The rigidity of the shell will keep it on there even though it seems like it could come loose.

Finally got my batteries charged and my charger working again, hopefully gonna get out on a trail Monday morning. Ment to go today but it ended up raining and since the cc-01 isnt fully water proofed yet I couldnt take it out.

Wimp.

I hear you though. I've been pretty lucky going through water to never get the ESC wet enough to die. But the TEU104 doesn't get that hot, so I'm thinking of plastidipping the whole thing along with the receiver.
