Understood, the rims with the link are 3mm offset, and I can get them in 6mm offset. Shown are 0offset. It clears every thing but by a hair. Last edited by lonleycreeper; 03-05-2013 at 10:06 AM. |

Looking @ some other wheels, I may just splurge on some 5lug wheels http://www.rpphobby.com/v/vspfiles/p...4Z-W0038-2.jpg . In a scale buildIt really bugs me when a Lr/Rr or Ford, or Dodge, or Jeep have 6lug rims, when they are supposed to have 5lugs. The suspension set ups bug me to but I will let this rig slide. Lr3's are supposed to be ifs/irs.

Yeah I am having a really hard time finding rims I like, the "tango downs are ok. I really like the pro10's but they are 6lug again. I may have to modify the wagons I have and turn them into 5 lugs. http://www.rpphobby.com/product_p/rc4z-w0005.htm maybe these ones...

Those rims look great. You might wantot look into shorter tires though. The Flat irons are look really tall on there. If you do decide to keep them check fender flares out. Scale Designs International |

Thanks forthe suggestion on color, I like it to. I should have sprayed the body black before laying down this paint though. It has a color shift to purple with the maroon under the blue. The I kinda like it and will post pics in the sun when I get everything together The axle link mounts are 1/2" steel square tubing I cut down. Links are made from 0.35 x 3/16" aluminum tube taped to 6/32 threads with axial rod ends taped to the same. Chassis side mounts are just aluminum angle with some holes drilled. |

Put the body together and took some shots outside. Still need to glue the fender flares on and make some bumpers and body mounts. Helecopter view. |
