Default CC01 resurrection.

I'm not new to CC01s. But I haven't upgraded mine very much. I'm looking to get tips and build it out to be a nice trail runner.

This is what I have. It's been sitting for 2 years.

Flexing on a bible.

I think it looks pretty good the way it is. What are your plans for upgrades? new body? chassis upgrades? If you need ideas, have a look at my build.

What body is that? Is it meant to be a Mercedes knock-off?

It's a Mercedes ml500 knock off. I wanted to upgrade a few parts:
Tires and wheels (traction is terrible with stock combo.)
Luggage rack
Swing shafts
New esc and motor.

This started off as a Touareg... Does anyone know what drive shaft from junfac I can replace it with?

The suspension is ok... I want to make it a little softer.

Just bought a Hitec 32645S HS-645MG High Torque 2BB Metal Gear Servo to turn those wheels.....
I like the FJ Cruiser bodies... anyone know where I can get on of those?

Junfac make a shaft directly for the cc01, just have a look on their site.

Thx. Got all the parts installed. Looks like I need to install the rear damper mount. I don't like the lack of flex my shocks have.

It may help if you moved the mount forward on the chassis as far as your flex goes.
