|  My first attempt at a scale CC01 Rig
I have always wanted to build a scale rig using a blackfoot body and I was thrilled to find out the CC01 came with a 9.5 inch wheelbase. At some point I would like to get the King version of the blackfoot body to get rid of this silly hoodscoop but that can come later down the road. I used the light bar that came with the freelander body kit on the cc01 and added real working lights to it. Right now its mostly stock and will probably stay that way since I built more as a fun scale rig than an actual crawler or anything like that.    |

Nice and simple. Think it turned out pretty cool. Like the matte black look on your Ford body.

Good start. You can do some bodywork and fill in the hood scoop if you were so inclined.  The blackfoots look better with smaller wheels IMO, like 1.5's.  |

I really like it, what tires are you using? My Blackfoot bodied truck came out a bit different, lol.

1.5s look better on most 1/10 scale rigs, or they at least look scale. Nice truck!

Nice job, to both of you. Any pics of how the body mounts? The cc-01 has got to be the weirdest setup I've ever seen.
