|  Tire seize on your fj40
Hei guys. How big tires have you fitted on your FJ40 without it looking retared? Pls post some pics of your rig  I have some brand new RC4WD Mickey Thompson 1.55 Baja Claw TTC Tires 114mm tall. Shoud i order some smaller tires wile i wait for my new rig? |

If your looking for cheap scale size tyres I would recommend Fastrax Kong's. They come in two sizes, 90mm and 96 mm and slightly wider than standard. They also preglued with foam inserts. These are what I use on my FJ Cruiser and they work perfectly and look good too. |

Thanks for the advice buddy! Ive already got RC4WD Mud Thrashers 1.55 wich is 95mm (thats on my pajero chassi). Was hoping i coud go abit bigger on the fj40 for ground clearence  |

I try not to go above 100mm in diameter. You'll start having to cut up the chassis if you go larger.

Ok, thanks for the tip Have the perfect tire in mind then RC4WD Rocky Country 1.55 Scale Tires (ok, they are 104mm, but that shoud be workable). |
