Default help needed

i just got my first cc-01 . i bought a freelander . just rolling on the ground i have 4wd as soon as i try to climb something i get a pop and loose rear drive any ideas on this one i have taken it apart several times .

When mine did that it turned out to be two of the internal gears pushing apart. Hold the truck still and apply power and see where the noise is originating. One you find the culprit just shim it a little tighter and you should be good. Also check to see if any set screws have loosened, sometimes it's something that silly that gives you trouble. I have had the rear diff internal screws loosening and losing the drive a couple of times. so i would check those as well.
