|  Front wheel binding?
I just built a 425 Unimog and I'm having issues with the front wheel binding if I tighten the wheel nut down. It spins freely when the nut is loose, but then so is the wheel. This is happening on both front axles. I was using bearings and even swapped in the kit bushings to see if it would make a difference but it does the same thing.. Anyone know what the problem is?

Maybe the hex is hitting and putting pressure on it causing the bind.

If I remember right, the front and rear hexs are a little. Try switching them around and see if they still bind.

Yes the front and rear hexes are slightly different. Swap them out.
