I run Rock Creepers, Vaterra Slick Rock TSL's, 1.55 Mud Thrashers, and generally anything 100mm in diameter and under.

Aluminium wheels: New 1.9" Crawler Aluminum wheels for AXIAL/RC4WD TAMIYA CC01/JEEP/PAJERO 12mmHEX | eBay Tyres: (The wheels were rubbish as the hexes were slightly less than 12mm and my track extenders would not fit) (4)1.9" Tires Wheels For Land Rover 1/10 Gelande II Cruiser/FJ40 TOYOTA D90 D110 | eBay Wheels and tyres: Black 12mm Hex RC1:10 Off-road Vehicle Tires & Y Type Wheel Rims 4pcs | eBay Both these worked well, the first tyres are especially soft and grippy. I added automotive self-adhesive rim weights to the foams on each a without incurring any problems... a cheap way of adding weight low down. ![]() ![]() ![]() Last edited by martco78; 12-06-2016 at 07:42 AM. |

I've been running 1.9 PL TSL SX tires on it for about 6 months and I really like them. they don't look great size wise as I have the too small for a CC01 Landfreeder body on it now.

I'm running 1.9 Dirt Grabbers. Not the stickiest compound, but a decent trail tire overall. The size is pretty good for the FJ Cruiser body, too. ![]() Tamiya CC-01 FJ Cruiser by johnny anguish, on Flickr |
