| locking the front diff
Can you use the g part rear diff lockers to lock the front? I bought the g parts extra in case that would work. If not I'll use the rear diff gears but it would be awesome if the g parts work.

Yup. I am using a spare set set of rear lockers on my front. Lock differential in front does cause a larger turn radius. Sent from my SM-T800 using Tapatalk |

Thanks. I'll sacrifice turning radius for a little more traction.

I used silly putty in my front diff, locks it up fairly well but if it gets into a tough bind it'll allow some give so it doesn't break anything.

You can also use 1 million or 2 million diff fluid. I use Team Associated but others make it. This allows some diff action still, sort of a nice compromise.
