I just emailed tcscrawlers about my order that was "completed" according to my email on the 15 but cant get a hold of them. my problem is i have no tracking number or way to contact them kinda in the dark about my purchase. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, you should have a reply to your email by now. We recently moved and only got the computers up and running yesterday.

What's your turn around for email responses? I emailed this morning around 9am PST regarding a refund but havent heard back yet. Is there a phone number for faster responses?

We check and respond to emails in the morning and the afternoon, so other than the weekend and Mondays (we're really busy with all the orders), you should get a response back in less than 24 hours. Sorry, no customer support phone number at this time. Thanks.

As long as you do not provide a phone number and tech., sale's., and other dept.'s you will not get my business.. I am kinda the ole fashioned type, and would like to hear someones voice.. and it's unfortunate as you have quite a decent selection of stuff.. good luck...

Hello and sorry to hear that. We are a small operation with only two employees and unfortunately don't have the time during the day to stop and take calls. We would like to offer this option, but don't have the available funds to hire a receptionist.

I ordered twice from TCS and both times were great. Even got a quick reply to an out of stock item.
Only one complaint.... order processing is too quick, i found found a couple other items i wanted to get but the order was already processed and shipped

Guess y'all will get another order soon!
