Talking Brushless Motors at The Crawler Store ** Back In Stock!!**

Click the image to open in full size.

The Crawler Store is happy to announce we have brushless motors available!

With plans to carry a full line that has a variety of sizes small to large, all at great prices.

Available now is the BM6, a light weight motor for your 2.2 class rig. It has a standard shaft size that accepts standard pinions, so no filing down a too large shaft. It requires the use of our motor plate adapter (see below) to bolt up to standard bolt hole patterns.

It's rated at 930kV, and weighs 2.0 ounces.

$26.99 Available at the new site only: www.tcscrawlers.com

Also available now is the bigger BM9. Big time power for your 2.2 class truck. Standard sized shaft, for standard sized pinions.

1005 kV and it weighs 3.0 ounces.

$28.99 Available at the new site only: www.tcscrawlers.com

Both come with connectors and shrink tubing.

And here's the motor adapter to go along with the BM6 and BM9:

$8.00 Includes motor adapter plate and all hardware. www.tcscrawlers.com

Will you be offering these with connectors attached? I know I am very lazy but that is one thing I love about holmes...no messing around plug and play.

Sorry, but the connectors will not be preinstalled on these.

I just heard back from the factory. I should have more of these on or around June 4th including the clod motor samples we will be testing. Thanks.

I just got my BM9 today...thanks.

I have a question though. How do I swap the pinion shaft to the larger shaft? I assume it would require larger ID bearings and a different endbell hole. Please advise.

To be honest, I haven't even spec'd out the extra shaft or done anything with one yet.

Eric, they're 3.5 mm connectors. They plugged right into my Mamba 25.

I didn't change the shaft on either of my motors. I didn't even make a flat spot for the set screw.

Thanks Cory !! What be awesome, you included either both 3.5mm and 4mm connectors or one or the other. So people have the choice of either running mm or m25, like me I have both.

Call me Cory.

When Castle came out with the Max and I read it had the 4 mm connectors I asked myself why would they do that.

The BM9 comes with male and female connectors. I'd put the extra 3.5 mm female plugs on the Max if it was mine.

I'll be putting my BM9 to the test tomorrow at our comp. I have no doubt it will hold up well. In initial testing with my Mamba 25 I have gobs of power and no cogging at all!

Don't hesitate to try one of these out, you won't be disappointed!

Thanks for a great product and top quality customer service.

I've been using a BM9 for a short while now. I'm pretty impressed. It's in my comp TLT, giving the HolmesHobbies OG Revolver a well deserved break. I kept everything the same, from my custom settings in the Mamba, to the 16 tooth pinion gear and the 6 cell battery. It's a little zippier, and almost just as powerful. So far, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the BM9 to anyone.

The BM6 works real nice in the Hi Lift. Slow, but smoooooooth.

will the bm6 be enough for my cc01 with the cruiser body on it, or is to much weight?, i will be running a 16 tooth pinion and hl tires. Also will be using either a mamba max or a quark33

I can't say I've personally had any experience with that exact set up, but it can push my Hi Lift around in second gear along just fine at any speed including pretty slow. And when I shift into first, it redefines the term slow.
