Matt...I can't make the trip but being someone that does a lot of smoking and cooking for crowds and events...I would like to send a little your way. Can't do much but I know what goes into this type of thing.

The menu so far includes.........pork loins, beef brisket, my ECC baked beans, smoked pork chops, ribs, and cole slaw.

Not sure if I will bring the deep fryer this year, I brought it last year but didn't use it.
