I personally think its gonna need more weight in the wheels, it dont want to settle after front tire crests over a rock. real slow about articulating.

Its good but it wont do back flips. its as fast as my berg was with the 2 45t's and a 3s lipo. Kinda scared to do much more as forward inertia vs weight vs stopping is gonna put a ton of stress on the worm gears and is gonna be an issue.

Wow!
You gotta a crawlmaster in there?
I didnt think one of those would fit. Did you have to do any clearancing?
I used to have one of those in my old rig and loved it. Think I might have to pick up another one for the new rig.
Also which version of the crawlmaster is it?

How is the start up with the CrawlMaster? I love brushless outrunners but the low speed / initial start up takes some getting use to. Does the low worm gearing make the outrunner crawl like a brushed motor?

How's the 5645 working for your rig, I bought one for mine but wasn't sure if it would be enough.

Hbj069, have you had a chance to get the Losi back up and running, if so how did it perform on the long run?

I think its gonna be ok, we had a guy at our comp with one and he let some of the Big Guns run a couple of courses with it and they stated that it had serious potential with minor mods. Hope this helps.

That was Steve (TEDROCKZ). Going to be a nice rig with just a little weight in the front. I pulled a few lines that give some of our guys trouble with it.

I just hope they get the shafts figured out.

Pulled this thing down yesterday/today and found no issues... I'm still a believer that the pins slipping out of the cvds is the issue with all the breakage. They don't have to back out very far to come around and hit the axle Cs. Plus the fact that the actual steering on the Losi will turn 5 or so degrees further than the cvds.

Long story short, before you run it the first time check all the pins for tightness and Loctite. Back the steering back 10 percent or so.

As for the comp Sat. it was bone stock out of the box w/exceptions of panther tires w/@ 2oz in each front. As said before a couple of Heavy Hitters run it on some courses and give it some good feedback.

I've owned every dig system that is for sale other than the Eritex system, none so far is as smooth and consistent as the Losi.

Gonna add some stuff they recommended and see where it is next Sat.

Time will tell
