I cut 1/4" teeth (star cutting) the circumference of the foams and took a 1/4" off the sides and they work much better. But memory foams will work even better.
Cheers,

Are we talkin stock tires. If so, I'm not running stock tires or foams. Already sold those puppies, I'm running Pro-line 8's w/ Hb rovers. White in the front w/ stock foams and Blue in the rear w/ stock foams. 7 1/2oz per front and 3oz per rear. Work amazing, love the way it crawls verticals, side hills, etc.

Have you tried the Panther 400 foam? Personally,I'm sold on the Panther foams. The stock foams are to small IMO and fold over while going down hill or side hilling in a hard turn. The 400 foam is MUCH better in that area IMO. In the taller tires, they still leave a little air gap at the top of the tire to let the tire conform around ledges easily. I've tried them in the Cougars,Rovers and Grabbers and they work well in all.

Talking Nova

IMO I love my 2stage novas. The full memory foam is just to soft for a heavy rig to side hill much and they r to tempermental to the weather. The nova's are soft enough to bite on anything and stiff enough to keep from Rollin over

I'm running novas too on white rovers. i haven't had much time on them yet, but so far they're worth every penny.

I am running Novas in the front and f400's in the back. I was not so into the Novas in the rear. This combo seems to be working really good for me in my siped Rovers.

i was running combos of memory foams, and stiff foams, with comp claws, regular claws, chisels, and carvers. They all sucked and was a waist of time until i got some Nova foams. These foams really do make a big difference.
