Default Broken Pinion tooth

Just wondered if anyone else has broken a tooth off of the worm pinion ? I don`t know when it broke and couldn`t find the missing part of the tooth in the axle , but it was there saturday when it was greased . It seemed to be working fine ,just pulled it down to remove a shim and there it was . Could have broke off due to the sudden stop inherent to worms when getting off throttle , maybe . Something to keep in mind when rolling off a leadge or tumbling down a rock off power, there really is only one tooth fully engaged at any timeon the pinion . I`m going to put it back in and run it till I get a replacement , I can`t hurt it anymore than it is , and it was unnoticeable last time I ran it sunday . I did turn the push control of the FXR on the last run and it worked great on 2 and 4 , any higher than 4 would be too much I think .

Titanium brings it's own set of problems, and isn't a 'miracle' material.
