I think most of the "normal" motor combos have been tried,,,with mixed results,,,, seems like the 45t will melt pretty fast on this rig,,,I have a NIP 45t I'm gonna sell and get what ever we all figure out works on this thing

A stock motor 27T arm will work great as long as you put the arm in the adjustable timing can & turn the timing to around 10 degrees.

Is there a post about how to do this? I have a 55T in now with a 14T pinion. I have a 27T that came with my RTR Axial that I could use but i don't know how to do the above.

Also, I have 20T pinion, which combo would be the best in the truck: the 27 turn with 14T or 20T or the 55 turn with the 14T or 20T.

Thanks!
