Default Front axel is lumpy when rolling

No better way for me to describe the way it rolls. Can actually hear something clicking yet I cannot find the source! Does this with/ without cvds in. Axel has been apart twice and hoping to figure this out today. Any suggestions welcome.

Thanks

How many shims do you have?

Check the bearings.

Maybe swap front and rear bearings, and if goes to the rear replace the bearings.

Try swapping spool front to rear.

Try swapping screw front to rear.

Other than that, I would contact Rich for anything else to try.

Check the DIG servo EPA's & make sure it's not trying to disengage the front driveline?

Look at your screws holding the trans. on the chassis.
See if you have 1 screw that is longer than the other three.

Found there's not enuf shims on my top gear in the axel. Whenever I tighten the two little screws on the front of the axel the clicking starts.

Off to the hobby shop for shims. Wish me luck
