Pics, The moa kit from Eritex INC, The Losi CC, Kris's tlt/axial hybred, my old berg... |

Jason did you try any stunt spray? That always helps on plastic.

Hahaha!!!!!! I cannot get the DS off of my trans. Set screws come out but not the yolk part. I feel your pain. But you got a kit already, so not much sympathy. |

Remove the 3 screws holding the electronics plate onto the axle, then remove the other 2 screws that hold the upper link mount to the axle.

Bolt the motor mount to the motor, put the pinion on the motor loosely then bolt the mounting bracket to that.

Using 5 counter sunk screws bolt the entire assembly to the rear axle. Once it's mounted tight, adjust the pinion gear and tighten everything. Fits great, the suspension cycles perfectly, it gets real close, but everything fits. I was also able to get the electronics mounting plate back in by turning it 180 degrees and trimming the edge away. |

Here's another shot showing it all together with the electronics plate in place after being trimmed.

Trim the gear cover and screw it in place with the provided screws and the rear axle is done. Kris is going to take it home tonight and try to get the front driveshaft off tomorrow. Tomorrow night we'll finish the assembly of the front end, wire it up and take it for a spin. |
