Try tightening them down some more, they should be tightened down to the point of almost feeling like your going to strip them. I've seen some come out of the box loose and dripping oil. If this doesn't help, please email me at rtrujillo@losi.com for more info.
Thanks,
Rich

RPM Products makes a wrench for the Losi shocks (inexpensive) and it really helps to get them real snug without stripping them.

The RPM wrenches are worth their weight in gold. Ive had a set of the RPM shock wrenches for years and wonder how I ever built losi shocks without them. If the seals are leaking from the o rings, pick up a new set of o rings (MIP blue seals if you can find them) and a tube of associated green slime. pop the cap off the cartridge, clean all the plastic parts really good. then give the o rings and inside of the seal area a liberal dose of green slime. If they are leaking from the threads that go into the body, use a small piece of teflon tape to keep the fluid in till rich can get you taken care of.
