Default wheel base

what is everyone doing to stretch the wheel base on there lcc's from 12 1/4 to 12 1/2? it does fine like it is, but i was just wondering if anyone was bothering with it.

Mine measured at 12 1/16" so I just made new upper and lower links out of 5/16" delrin rod.

I couldn't get the 5/40x5/8" screws out of my links. They have been loctited in with the allen head going into the aluminum link so I needed to buy 16 of them to do it though.

I really have no idea why there is loctite on the links and/or why the screws got put in the way they did but they did.

Anyway, mine is sitting at 12 7/16" now. I also extended the top links 3mm than what they should have been to clock the axles a little bit as well.
