The best I have used was the worm food from DLux, but I dont think you can get it anymore. The only other I know of right off hand is gear jelly. Skip the lucus red and tacky that stuff rolled off my gears like it was oil instead of grease.

Searching sucks! If you take the time to wright "search" you can answer someones question. Or just dont post at all.

I put grease into the "Search This Forum" button in the upper right under the page numbers, in this Losi forum and it pulled up at least half a dozen threads about grease, mostly saying the same thing about grease. Not sure how the search sucks.

I prefer to use a wheel bearing type grease, regular EP Moly in a tube, or tub, or squeeze tube. While you have the axle cases apart, make the little hole (search grease port) so you can use a syringe and before the day of crawling, give em a squirt. Just that easy.

Grease port with set screw to plug the hole.

If you take the time to start a new thread, you can search and answer your own question in the sama amount of time or less....grease is about the only subject with the lcc i'll say search for though

I run red n tacky, seems fine to me, but i run chromo worms too.

But if you want the best grease i'd say try team3six rock lube

I use the grease that comes with the HD gears, it can be bought separately as well.

turkey injector with the end ground flat is working for me. as for grease, deere hd moly. i put 35 hours on testing a couple chassis' without my normal 3 hour tear downs, gears were just fine, and i was not kind 17.5 on 3s with a 14t pinion and overdriven front, testing components with the intent of breaking them at points, hard comp style driving for the rest. i will not use anything else after what that grease has done for me.

I used some medical grade syringe I grabbed from my boss (LT at Cols FD), one is larger , both have threaded inserts for the tips, which I then custom fit a little WD-40 tube inside because it fit my grease port hole. Pretty sure hobby shops sell syringes?

I have to pack the grease in the syringe myself. If you leave the rubber stopper in contact long enough with the grease it swells up and becomes useless after an amount of time.

Here's pictures, cause everyone likes pictures.

Try a pet store or a place that raises/deals with birds. They use them to shoot food down their throats when they are babies. They look just like the ones Eeepee posted except just have a solid neck with a little bend in it. You can just cut it to size needed for your hole

The LHS did have syringes. I called to order the hobbico and the guy said " I think I have those in stock." What do you know, a box full of them. I guess the point of all this is that talking to the right person is
HUGE!!!
