I think they will be getting cut next week, so hopefully they'll be shipping in the next 2-3 weeks

to guarantee you one out of the first batch of 10, i'd recommended a pre-order. (email losikid@gmail.com if you want to pre-order)

Are these chassis available already? If so, how much, and how many people are running them successfully?

I should have chassis in hand in about two weeks (i think)...only people currently running them is myself and pete.

I have yet to see it not be able to follow a moa, i'm just not a fast enough driver to get thru 10 gates of hell in 5 minutes to win at the comps.

So, will I need new links or will my dluxfab links still work along with my stock uppers? Driveshafts and stock shocks work as well? It would really help me to know ground clearance numbers with this chassis at ride height, droop, and compression compared to a stock chassis with the same or as close to the same shock mounting positions.

Please post up your findings Fish...very interested, but not a fan of trying things out untested, so I'd love to hear what you think about it. Thanks,

second that, i may not be able to post video, but this thing has been straight abused in the course of testing. 6 ft drops, full throttle jumps, not to mention cold weather testing.

Sorry guys...didn't really mean it to come across that way, but after reading it it definitely did and I'm sorry about that.

you're ok chris, not the first time someone's come across meaning one thing and if coming out the wrong way.

i have to say that i have honestly tried to break the final prototype. driving like a man possessed in 20 deg weather, throwing it in the air and letting it fall, hell i've thrown it off the work bench having a bad day. short of a hammer, you're going to have a hard time breaking it.

now driving is where you have to set aside some time and do it proper, set up the truck how you want it, drive, and tune a little bit. i've put a lot of hours getting mine completely dialed...bit of a perfectionist though. i'll tell you that it really doesn't feel like a losi anymore, at least mine doesn't. from day one, proto 1, its felt more planted, more sure of its footing than a stock losi chassis. its a bit hard to describe really. the final proto has the most distinct feel though, you really get the feeling of what the losi platform can do, and its effortless how it does it. climbs i would have never pulled on a stock chassis now run out like clockwork. what was a tough sidehill is now run of the mill. its impressive to me every time i put a pack in it, not even a small lie there.

Mine feels less stable on the sidehills (I said feel, it stays planted through the puckering moments when you watch the suspension unloading or a tire lifting), but i came from an moa which had almost no sprung weight

Does this need all new links or does the stock links work with it?
