Well, um, what's up with your shark fin? Also, anyway to mount that tranny so your motor is lower?

Your rear uppers need to be moved higher on the chassis

Looks like it is on a servo, rear steer I assume.

My opinion, take it back to the stock link under the servo.

Yup, it's on top of my rear servo mounted to a piece of kydex that I cobbled real quick.

Interesting, why rear steer?

Also, what tranny is that? It puts that motor way to high up, you'll have less than desirable stability

its an lnc trans with some hr aluminum housings. and agreed on clocking the motor back down to stock position, i think that that is just going to be a headache on rock.

Hey guys, i put 4 more chassis up on my website as a pre-order. ETA ship date is in about 4 weeks (late april) once i get the new fins and skids

I have material headed to the new machinist (appox 1 week), it'll take him about a week to get the program written/proven, 1 week worth of shipping to me to approve the parts, then it'll be another week for him to run the rest of the parts and ship them to me. Once i get them, they will be shipped out.

I'm working on a pretty cool insert how-to as well...the format its very time consuming, but the end results are spectacular...i'll be doing this for all my products from here on out, i'm the using inserts as my lab rat to figure stuff out.

The approach for install is abit different than petes, the way i'm writing it up is easier todo with less risk involved but its more time consuming

Interesting, kinda disturbing it broke there...i've abused the hell out of mine with 10-20ft falls/tumbles.

I believe i sent everyone a spare insert, if you still have it, drill the skid out, and thread it in, then drill a hole a the chassis there and bolt it back together.

If that doesn't fix it i'll try and get you another one
