I keep eating my rear worm up I grease be for I play ever time ware can I get one that will hold up I have hd in the front to so ne one ?

Yea it was a lnc stock ones with 1 shim

you need a DLUX chromoly worm...but he stopped making/selling them.

I ate worms too...you need to make sure you use good grease, not cheap automotive stuff. Some rocksmith, team3six, gearscience, etc. Also, are any of your housing screws stripped? There is alot of pressure put on the housing so they tend to spread and bind the worms when holes are stripped, this binding will cause worms to strip

gearjelly ain't but team3six is and i think the gear science stuff is...its been along time since i've bought grease.

redntacky is great unless you get it warm and then its like melted butter up in there and don't stick worth a darn

4S is a lot of power for the worms. They were designed for 2S and some 55T Motors. Try the HD ones and maybe 3S.

Is the wear on the spool even and centered? It kinda looks like its only wearing on one side... If that's the case I'd replace both the worm and the spool. I'd also check the bearings, as the worm bearings take a TON of abuse.

A worm gear applies a large amount of leverage/friction on a pinon and with 4S you are asking a lot of them. When it comes to wearing out/breaking, it's more like "when" and not "if". HD or hardened steel gears for sure in your situation.
