Help please: is this caster angle normal?

New project underway and not sure about this one. In the pic notice that that c-hub is angled forward but the axle pinion shaft is angled downward. If the top links are lengthened to get the stub horizontal it will angle the c-hub even more forward. Is this normal geometry for these axles or is something installed wrong here? Thanks in advance for any feedback.

youve got the c's on the wrong side of the axle

Thank you. These axles are new to me and obtained secondhand so I assumed they were built correctly from the get-go.

NEVER assume they are built correctly, and never assume that there is enough grease in the axles.
