| Aluminum body posts
Hey everyone, I am looking for some aluminum body posts for my lnc. I was thinking of using a hot racing alum body posts for a losi mini crawler. Question is are they normal size though ? The look to have alot of adjustment on them. Any other ideas are welcome. Thank you. |

Personally I wouldn't bother to use aluminium. It seems more brittle than plastic when exposed to the bending forces of roll-overs. The plastic body posts work very well! (Just cut them in the length required so they don't extend too far.) |

Thanks for the tip Olle. I will give the plastic ones another shot. It was a pretty nasty fall that took out the factory plastic ones.

Same fall with aluminiumposts would either brake those posts as well and/or damage the chassie plate(s) and/or crack the body. Plastic body posts are a cheap protection against more costly damage. |
