thought i'd share- lube for worms being a proud new owner of a LCC.. have done a ton of reading on worms, lube shimming etc... found what i could gather.. there has been a bunch of different lubes but they all seem to center around molybdenum.. which one has what percentage,etc..I stumbled across a post from someone who mentioned tractor type lube for sliding metal parts(sorry can't remember who). After some searching i found ----honda moly 60 paste.... its 60% moly.... if you look on motorcycle forums they swear by it for their driveshaft splines.. its like 11-12.00 for a 3 oz tube. i just got it and put it in my lcc. time will tell, but i thought it looked pretty promising."thumbsup" heres a ebay link: Pro Honda Moly 60 Paste Motorcycle Oils Chemicals | eBay |
