Hi folks, just bought myself the LCC new in box. Just waiting for it to arrive. I've had a search, maybe not well enough, but could you recommend a TxRX system for me? The stuff that was coming up didn't cover most current systems. I bought one of these ages ago and never used it, while it is 3 channel, is it actually any use to me in this application? https://www.modelsport.co.uk/absima-...roducts/372690 |

Congrats on the NIB CC. Don't hear that much these days. Don't know anything about that radio, and not much info (Edit: I think it is a 2 position 3rd channel, with full trim, dual rate, and EPA adjustments...don't quote me on that). What you are looking for is a 3 position 3rd channel that has EPA adjustments. Position 1 - Front Dig Position 2 - Full 4WD Position 3 - Rear Burn And the EPA adjustment is EXTREMELY important to not burn up the dig servo. Since it is NIB the manual details that setup very well. Even if it is just a 2 position switch, you can set it up for front dig only. Never used rear burn much anyways. I have always been partial to Futaba radios. Purchased a 4PK many, many years ago and has been rock solid and way more radio that I will ever need, but if it was out at the time I would have gotten the 4PL. Hope it helps. |

Thanks for the info! I've pickedfup a Traxxas TQi 4 channel and RX for it now. Seems to fit the bill nicely, and the Absima will go onto my Vaterra Ascender.
