M.A.R.C.C. test & tune Oct 24th http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/images/icons/icon1.gif MARCC test and tune GTG 0ct 24th Saturday October 24th 2009 12pm @ 4wheel parts in Memphis I wanted to get everyone out if possible for a test and tune session. I will set up gates but they will be just for practice. Here is a chance for the beginners to get help with their trucks. I also wanted to bring up discussion about running a no dig class. b.y.o.t. :) :-P |

good. It's for no dig trucks so the courses should be a little easier with that taken into consideration during course set-up. The will still be technical and fun though "thumbsup" |

Here are some links to everything that you will need. Losi cawler tech section and also Newbie general questions I dont think you have to do much to the losi to get it to run right, other than checking the gears in the axles.... I know it was a problem with the first group of comp crawlers. From the start you may want to add a few ounces of weight to your front axle depending on how well the truck is balanced from the factory. You want more of the weight on your front end. Check out the stickied threads and when you have a question use the search function before you post a new thread. Welcome to the forum"thumbsup" -Ashton |
about the "sportsman class" So I was thinking we can just run the regular 2.2 requirements, but we won't allow dig for the class. I can imagine there would be plenty of non-dig trucks. If there are enough of you guys we can go ahead a run a non dig course or two to see if you guys like it. I can't imagine this class running forever, it's just that recently there have been a ton of beginners that want to get their trucks out at a comp yet they get discouraged when their trucks can't keep up with a pro comp rig. I figure we can take a stab at it and see what happens. |
so can i run my truck i promise i wont use dig:roll::mrgreen: |

I have this one on my calendar. And the Arkabatualaalsal Lake one too. Since this is a test and tune I might skip it then. Just got word today, Ricky is having a NWARC comp that day and it's a bit closer for me. Probably hit that one up and try to make the Arkabatkla Lake one. |
