Knoxville/Northshore/Kroger Ongoing GTG Dates

This is a thread to hopefully keep some regular get-togethers going around the Northshore Drive area in Knoxville. If you are planning to come crawl, post up the date and specific location and maybe others can join in. Subscribe to this thread to get notified of planned crawls.

If you need directions there is a map here with some recommended crawling spots. Feel free to Edit that map and add locations.

My friends Josh, Eric and I will be hanging out around Kroger/Northshore area this Saturday and Sunday Feb. 5&6, weather permitting, from around noon until ?. Josh drives a sweet red jacked-up Jeep (1:1 scale ;)) and a Losi Mini Rock Crawler. Eric has a 1:10 Venom Creeper modded out, and I have a busted MRC (waiting on a ton of parts to upgrade it all, but snowstorm killed my shipment) so I'll be there with my new Losi Speed-T electric truggy just dorking around and shooting pics/vids. We are all newbs so come show us how it's done if you're up for it!

We have had the manager of the business park show up and tell us we need permission. Whenever we plan to have a comp at this location we call and get permission from the manager. Please be respectful of the location and the people that work there.

Definitely respect, I'm going on 40 this year, although still a big kid at heart, but we're not the type to act stupid and won't have anything to do with anyone who does.

Which business park are you referring to, the one with the Talbott's headquarters I assume? Do you know how to get in touch with someone there so we can go through the proper channels?

killboy, it was cool meeting you today by accident at northshore. hopefully next time we can plan ahead and have a good turn out. i should be able to come almost any weekend if i can plan ahead. later

For sure. Just lmk a time and I'll see what I can do. It's callin for good weather in the 50's this weekend. Anybody want to gtg maybe in the AM Saturday or after 12 Sunday at nothshore?

Looks like me and a couple of friends are going to shoot for this Sunday, Feb. 13th at Kroger Wall and then Waterfall Stone park across the street from about 1-5pm.
