Scale fun Run Saturday April 12th

We are getting people together for a scale fun run at House mtn state natural area in east knox county (mascot area). This is a scale truck paridise. This is a trail run on rugged hiking trails so you will have some distance between you and the parking lot, so bring a backpack if you plan on carrying extra stuff. We have done the whole loop around the mtn and it takes about 5 hours with great scenic overlooks. You can stay as long as you want though.
It is about 10 miles off of i40 exit 392 rutledge pike.

Awesome Cory, sounds amazing. Hate I got too much family stuff going on, especially with as great as the weather is going to be.

Civil is a friend of mine just getting going. He has been out a couple times with me and he saw the Scaler run that you and Vaughn cleaned house on at the ETRC event.

Good to hear from you bud, we still need to get the Sportys together. I have that gear for you that I was telling you about.

Looks like we might have a good turnout for tomorrow. For those of you who have never been, you may want to bring a backpack and a drink. This is a very long trail run, but you are welcome to stay as long or as short as you want. To do the whole loop it takes about 5 hours. These are very rugged trails in places, so be prepared. If the parking lot is full you can park along the sides of the road .
