Default Any Comps in the Houston/Beaumont Area in May/June???

Any Comps in the Houston/Beaumont Area in May/June??? I am in Lake Charles LA for work and want to do some crawling. After spending some time here, I realized that there is no crawling here. Spending 3 weeks at a time down here it would be nice to get some crawling in, so I thought I would try west of here. If you are going to have something I will get me crawler send down.

Thanks,
Tom

Ya Cruzin, go to our local site, we have a comp every month. After our April comp (this weekend) we will set a date for our May comp.

If I can get my crawler sent down I might make the April 25th comp.

I thought it was at a place called Concrete Canyon close to Houston. I think that would be a 2 1/2 hour drive. But that place looks like an amazing place to crawl and just visit.

Yeah, that is where we are holding the comp this coming weekend (04/25)....the specifics for the following month haven't been outlined yet, but I am thinking that the May comp will be down in Galveston.

I am planning on going on the 25th. Is there someone I can use as a contact if I have a problem finding the place?

Thanks,
Tom

Yea not much crawling in LA, you need a Swamp Buggy.

Galveston is our Best Spot Currently, Concrete Canyon is just that a small irrigation Canyon/ditch with chunk concrete in it, lots of holes to rip your wheels off. Good place to play, we hit it once a year or so before it gets to hot since there is no shade, but it's not one of our best spots. We lost a really nice spot this year it was a track for WEROCK, damn tree huggin hippies. The lower half of Texas suffers from a lack of rock so we find it where we can.

So don't expect to much at Concrete Canyon, but we will have 3 courses and a good time.
