Nothing has been finalized yet. I've been told that it needs to be held at lake Whitney. I still need to make it out that way to see the spot with my own eyes.

When are you going, lets get a group together to go play. The pics Rockhard posted up looked like a fun spot.

Right now the plan is that I am going to swing by on my way home from Llano on Sunday 1/9. I don't know exactly what time I'll be arriving yet thought. I'll know more in a few days.

Link updated for comp 3. The maps is not ready, I'll get it up ASAP, even though it's really easy to find the location on Google maps.

Greg, Woodie, and Paul-

I wanted to let you all know that I might have another good spot to add to the comp worthy spots list. It is roughly near Joe Pool lake and is private property. If you go to the Dorba.org site and do a search for Trails, then go to the Big Cedar Wilderness area you will get an idea of the location. It is basically a mountain bike trail that has a large area of large rock with easy access from the car. It is not impacted by water either as I think it was the dump site for a subdivision builder years ago when they were pulling out large rock. I will take my rig out there next time I go MTB riding, and see how it goes and touch base with you all about it. I may also get ahold of the land owner to see if they would be willing to allow RC guys the same access as the MTB crowd. I will stay in touch on this.

Thanks
RickM

Probably Glen Rose, unless a new awesome spot lands in our laps.

Looks like the #'s are a touch offon the seasons final standings. It doesnt change anything though I dont think. But still may want to look over it to make sure.

I see chad at 269 instead of a 69,and kirk at 294,and larry at 296.

But my math really sux.......so I could be wrong.
