| *-*-* Crawler Innovations G6 Cash Comp - October 8th, 2011 *-*-* Crawler Innovations is going to hold a G6 Cash Competition. $10 Entry fee per class Two classes will be run: 1.9 - G6 & 2.2 - G6 Payout works like this: 1st $50 2nd $35 3rd $15 The payout will to be awarded to the person with lowest time to complete the G6 Stage. If you are part of a Team, only the person with the lowest time gets paid, not the team. Teams are highly recommended to run in though. When: October 8th, 2011 9:00AM drivers meeting 9:30AM start time Where: Crawler Innovations 1211 Jeff Davis Dr Tyler TX 75703 Rules: There will be NO bypassing Flags or obstacles allowed. All obstacles must be driven through cleanly. If you touch a flag, it is a 1 minute penalty added to your time for each flag you hit. Two judges will go out with each team. One judge for a single driver. Maximum drivers per team will be limited to three drivers. Some obstacles will have winch points predetermined. There will be at least 5 obstacles that will only be cleared by use of a winch or a tow rope from your Team Mate. Classes are determined by the wheel you will running. Run a 1.9 wheel, you are in the 1.9 class. Run a 2.2 wheel with a stretched 1.9 tire you are in 2.2. No tire limits. You can run a comp or scale tire, dig unit or no dig, Four Wheel Steer or not. The challenge for this competition will be the course design and time management. Once the clock starts on your G6 run, it does not stop until you finish or quit. No MOA's in the G6. All trucks must be shaft driven and have only two axles. No 6x6 or 8x8 competing in the G6. King of the Hammers type rules will be in effect. Flags will be 3 feet wide in some areas to allow for passing of your competitor. The fastest time wins and I am aiming to have 100 flags set up over 3.5 acres. There will be no pre-running the G6. The G6 will probably include water and mud (assuming we have had rain by then). We will be having a USRCCA Competition the same day. The USRCCA competition is FREE. It is part of our ETXRCC Points Series Season. Classes to be run: 1.9 2.2 - Pro 2.2 - Sportsman (if enough are present & time permitting) Super - (if enough are present & time permitting) Anyone attending must sign a release of liability waiver form. Please post up if you can attend so that I can get some idea of a head count. Please feel free to post your comments and suggestions as well. I will be there. I plan on running 1.9 comp rig, and 2.2 G6. Can we run in both classes in the G6, or is it one or the other?

Awesome! I'm looking forward to seeing you. I'm definitely trying to keep the rules simple. Better get busy on the jeep you're building then. October will be here before you know it. | |

I would love to come with my new ttc style rig but unfortunatly that happens to be the same day as my son's b-day, guess I'll wait until next time. I saw the pics from the last one when JeremyH was there and it looked awesome.

Is there a link somewhere with the rules? I need to know what I can, and can't have done to my rig if I do make it. I don't know if I will make it, but it don't hurt to prepare if I can make it... Right now, I have a stock Honcho. |
