| Newbie to crawling //// Houston Area
I just bought my first crawler. I'm on the south side of Houston and looking for a few people to crawl with and teach a crawler rookie a few tricks and give advise to me. LOL

I'd like to attend but its starting to sound like my crawler might not make it to be before Saturday. I'm hoping it will but chances are slipping away quickly.

I got this crawler to play with and it looks like playing with it has been more wrench time that drive time. I tweaking it so it can be what I want and my kid can learn to drive. I built the lower links (revo links, all thread and tubing) for rear. I;ve got to build another set to fit the new body. Body has a shorter wheel base but that can't be a bad thing, just means less space between wheels to drag. Here is some pics. Beater body and before mods New body New body masking |

That should get some attention on the trails, I like it. Just curious if you are planning to cut the body and mark your mounting holes before painting, that is how I do mine.
