Default Anyone paints their tires? Detailling?

I wanted to paint my Geolandars' sidewall wordings white to detail it...
any recommendations on what paint to use? Acrylic? I saw at walmart they had this whitewall tire paint pen but I think they were discontinued.

white latex paint, or something like that, you are going to want it flex..you could also try white out(the stuff used to fix writing errors), but i dont know how well that would work..

try a tire pen, they have them at autozone and advanced auto, even a silver sharpie will do

Duplicolor makes a paint pen in white, red and yellow it's designed for touch up of tire lettering and whitewalls, fingernail polish remover is the only thing I found to take it off if you make a mistake.

Colored Sharpie markers work great I have used metallic silver and yellow. Lasts a long time. If you screw up just use WD-40 to remove it.

After much trial and error, the best way I have found is to use Tamiya ploycarbonate paint thinned until it can be 'flowed' into the tyre lettering using a fine brush. Because it's a flexible paint it won't crack or flake off and with a little practice you can get really neat professional looking lettering. Plus you can use any colour - yellow can look particularly good!
