looks a little big, but you could get away with it if you just trimmed the flares off and did a little body work

Perfect fit, flex is over rated. Who needs to turn. Its a perfect mud bogger.

they are 1.9s I think they are big too but I have seen picures of trucks running tires looking that big. anyone think i could make it look like a rock crawling truck? flex is overrated. dosent need it as long as you have ground clearance and lockers and you can go anywhere

It looks like you are doing a scaler from the jeep body type, And if
that is the case the wheels are to big. You would have to cut a lot
of the body up even to just turn right or left.......

The Jeep body is a KJ or Liberty in the US. It's still called the Cherokee every where else though. I cut a set of 2.2 dirtworks down to 1.9 and narrowed them and they look just about right:

thnx for the info on the body. How did you get clear windows? mine are all black. whats the wheelbase on your body. mine is 9.5"
I got mine in a norwegian toy store, it came off a toy car that you push and it will run forever. Its pretty narrow to. The stock cc-01 tires will just barely stick outside the fenders.

I got mine off eBay. It was a Fastlane brand RC truck with terrible big tires and junky electronics. I tossed everything but the body. And I am pretty sure my wheelbase is 9.75 or close to it. Not exactly 1:10 scale, but close enough.

I made my windows out of that thin packaging lexan that comes on all sorts of stuff. Cut it to fit and shoe-goo'd it into place. It was flexible enough to bend where it needed to and easy to cut.

that was a smart way to make windows. maybe mine is 9.75ish. if I look closely the rear arches seem a little off.

I really like the body, tires are a matter of personal opinion I think the Crushers look a little large with that body.

I dont think the tires are too big for the body. The body is too little for the tires.
