Default traxxas fronts?

has anybody had a problem with them. on my tlt the thred doesnt come threw them enough to put a nut on them. what should i do?

try longer axle shafts or just use different wheels, or i guess you could shave them down but it would probably weeken them too mutch.

You need either RPM hexes or different stub shafts.

i have tried drilling the hole deeper to get the nut onto the threads but it didn't work very well. the drill cut into the plastic and got carried away and once i did the hole wasn't really wide enough to get a socket over the nut. if you have a drill press so you can control the depth and a big enough bit so you can get a tool over the nut then you can try it but it really is just easier to get some tg10 axles.

I had the same problem with mine.

I used the hexes off my ruster that I stole the tranny from. They are thinner than the stock TLT hexes. Still have to keep an eye on them cause it doesn't thread far enough to hit the locking part of the nut, but it does work.
