Default stock tmaxx wheels

if i strip the chrome of the stock tmaxx wheel would i be abel to dye them black

Just get a can of spray paint from wal mart and spray them. Thats how I did mine and looks good.

i may go that route but im gonna try to dye them first they are soaking in some oven cleaner i got at the dollar store

They will dye just fine using rite dye.
