Default VF - All New 40 Series Billet Beadlocks.

Well I just packaged up our first official set of 40 series beadlocks and thought I share a few pics of them. These were made specifically for my good buddy Joseph's (aka SpyderMonkee) new super comp rig. You'll be getting them in a couple of days J!

Those look sweet, but why such negitive offset?
It looks like that would put your track width at like 11".
I think 14-14.5" track width is optimal for supers, which puts my wheels at 100% positive offset on a 1.75" wide wheel.

Thanks! Well it seems my good buddy J will be running some abnormally wide axles to justify the negative offset wheels. We are running some for our shop rigs that have the opposite offset...these were a special order item.

Uggh, pardon me, I need to find a kleenex or something to clean up!

Fantastic work Don, I'm beside myself, those are a work of art. Sorry to tell ya I'm gonna have to put a scratch or two in 'em.

I'm building on a set of TF axles, so to keep the track width down, I needed to source custom work, and Don is the BEST! I'm also using a tire that is wider than those commonly found on super comp rigs so the narrow profile of the wheel, coupled with the offset should put me in the 12" to 13" wide range, which is what I like.

The design isn't my cup 'o tea, but those things are pretty sweet. Guess you wouldn't need any wheel weights with those.

How long does each of those take in the CNC?

Fortunately different tastes make for more variety out at the comps...

They take a very long time! Best case I can whip out 2-3 sets a day
