Default Tire siping?

Anyone siped their tires? When I start cutting mine, I am going to sipe them by running the cutoff wheel of a dremel down the treadblock, going in the dircetion of the tread. I think this may help out a lot. Just seeing if anyone has beat me to this. If so what do you think?

I glued side lugs on my narrowed kong's and the siping works perfect. It allows the tire to conform better if the siping is done in the correct direction. Sounds like your going length wise which still will increase grip. I used the dremel wheel also to create a gap for more flex unlike using a razor.

After I narrowed my Kongs, I started siping them instead of removing tread. It leaves more rubber to contact the ground and it allows you to have more edges to grab.
