Default Proline stands by their products!

My 8-shooter beadlocks had at least two screws stripped on each wheel. I emailed their customer service and was issued an RMA for return. Now that is what I talk about service!

Proline all the way

UPDATED*

Just want to give an update and say that I got my wheels back today and there are NO screws pre-installed on the rims at all. Thanks again proline!

Ouch must be a manufacturing problem, they'll figure it out and get it corrected. Their good looking wheels and very reasonably priced.

One of my buddies that runs the eight shooters told me that every set that he had ordered had 2 screws in every wheel stripped out and for me to expect it. Well guess what? I finally got around to putting tires on mine yesterday and the two screws that they put in at the factory to hold to rock ring on all four wheels were stripped. I guess he knew what he was talking about.

Yeah, the two that they put in from the factory on EACH ring will be stripped. I don't know what they are putting the screws in with, but they need to turn it down a little.

I will let you guys know when I get mine in. I know I contacted them years and years ago about a bad batch of t-maxx tires and they sent me out a pair right away. Here is hoping

In testing we noticed that.

I think that Proline has adjusted the problem.

On mine I just dropped a little CA in the holes and it has held just fine. Second time around was not an issue either.

I didn't pay to have mine shipped back. I contacted proline and they gave me a free RMA to send it back! I would contact them if you think they're stripped. They were nice to deal with

Thanks for the info, but i am pretty sure that shipping charges from Honduras to the u.s. will be as much if not more than the wheels themselves, besides i haven't even opened them up yet, to many unfinished projects and getting in some more still, so if they were stripped i will probably do some locktite or a little ca on the stripped ones
