Good to see they are a little narrower than the Mudrocks. The width was the only thing I didn't care for on my Mudrocks.

Are these plastic with aluminum rings? Either way the prices are awesome.

...Junfac ARE plastic but the new COLOURED wheels come with that outside ring in alloy...The backside hoop is plastic though...And that funky little hub cover is alloy...Just ordered a silver set...

Default Update

Yay!! My set arrived...EXACTLY one week (to the hour actually) from order and payment to arrival...Pretty stoked...I have made up ONE and went with black screws instead of the supplied blingy silver ones...

...Quality is good, colour is good, fit and finish is good, so much screwing is bad...in this sense...

...FYI the STOCK AX10 hex hubs wont fit the hole unless you drillit out to 7(?) or 8(?) mm, whichever it was...i checked it last night...Also that little center cap wont fit on if your axle protudes too much, which mine does with RPM 12mm hex hubs...I will be drilling out the center to fit the AX! hubs tonight...Pics when i have it looking right

the other option is the grind down that little "hub" portion or use hex's that dont have them. That way you dont have to drill your pretty new wheels

...Nismo I owe you one

...found some old but unused plastic HPI hexes with the nipple...2 out of 4 now have no nipples..I had to put the baby to sleep between #2 and #3...

...This means that my center cap will NOW fit over the protuding axle AND the few extra mm in clearance now means that the rims dont hit the lower links or the shox Stylin'!!

I dont actually like the center cap though

no prob...i take it you have the solid center not the one with the hole in it. The solid center cap does nothing for me. Not particularly scale and makes it a PITA to take the wheels off. The one with the hole in it looks ok, would look better with a MSD scale nut

...oh ok i see what you mean now

..Let me explain...

...The silver cap is jst that, a silver cap that bolts on...

...What appears to be the BLACK cap with the HOLE in it is ACTUALLY the WHEEL...The screws you see bolt directly INTO the wheel...

...The picture that bretkissick posted of JUST the black rim is the SAME rim as you get, just without the center cap and the outside silver ring...

...I know what you mean about the nut...I had a black one on but it looks MUCH better with a silver one...
